[1]The claim for unlawful deductions from salary, reference 2208270/2022 and received by the Tribunal on 2 November 2022, is not well founded and so fails.[2]The claim for unlawful deduction of holiday pay, reference 2208564/2022 and received by the Tribunal on 4 November 2022 is well founded and it succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £404.52.[3]The claim for unlawful deduction of expenses, reference 220866/2022 and received by the Tribunal on 4 November 2022, is not well founded and so it fails.[4]The claim for unlawful deductions from salary, reference 2208567/2022 and received by the Tribunal on 4 November 2022, is amended to include a claim in respect of a £100 loan fee.[5]The claim for unlawful deductions from salary, reference 2208567/2022 and received by the Tribunal on 4 November 2022 is upheld in part, in relation to the Claimant’s employment until it terminated on 3 August 2022.
