[1]By consent it is ordered that TAP Securities Limited is substituted for TAP Advisors Limited as Respondent; and[2]The Claim for unfair dismissal is not successful. The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the claim.[3]It is declared that the Respondent unlawfully deducted the gross sum of $103,637.00 from the Claimant’s wages; and[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay the sum of $103,637.00 to the Claimant less any appropriate deductions for tax and national insurance payable upon that sum.[5]The Respondent is ordered to pay the sum of £1,200 to the Claimant in respect of the tribunal fees paid by the Claimant in respect of these proceedings. - 1 - Case Number: 2208270/2016
