On hearing Mr P Apraku, representative, on behalf of the Claimant and Mr P Maratos, consultant, on behalf of the Respondents, it is adjudged that:(1) The Claimant’s complaints under the Employment Rights Act 1996 and/or the Employment Tribunal Extension of Jurisdiction (England & Wales) Order 1994 were presented out of time and the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider them.(2) The Claimant’s complaints under the Equality Act 2010 were presented out of time and the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider them.(3) Accordingly, the proceedings are dismissed.
