JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s complaint of failure to make a redundancy payment is dismissed upon withdrawal.[2]The unanimous decision of the Tribunal is that the Claimant’s complaints of:(i) unfair dismissal;(ii) discrimination arising from a disability;(iii) detriment because of part-time status;(iv) holiday pay; and(v) breach of contract and/or unlawful deductions from wages in respect of non-payment of time off in lieu shall fail and are hereby dismissed. Case Number: 2208228/2016[3]The Claimant’s complaint of wrongful dismissal in respect of one week’s salary in lieu of notice shall succeed. He is awarded the net sum of £466.[4]The Claimant’s complaint of breach of contract and/or unlawful deduction from wages for non-payment of expenses shall succeed and he is awarded the sum of £50.
