JUDGMENT

[1]No response on a prescribed form was entered and accordingly liability Judgment is entered in default pursuant to Rule 21 (Schedule 1, Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013).[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1,955.56 gross, for wages unpaid between 2 and 22 October 2022 as follows: Week commencing 2 October 2022 £844.13, Week commencing 9 October 2022 £775.13 and Week commencing 16 October 2022 £336.30. The Claimant shall be responsible for accounting to HMRC for his tax.[3]The Respondent is further ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £240 pursuant to section 24(2) Employment Rights Act 1996, in relation to financial loss sustained by the Claimant which is attributable to the unlawful deductions from his wages.
