JUDGMENT

[1]The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal (s.99 Employment Rights Act 1996), as he did not have two years of continuous qualifying service (s.108 Employment Rights Act 1996).

[2]The Claimant’s claims for 1. wrongful dismissal/Breach of Contract, and 2. s.103A dismissal due to assertion of a protected disclosure are struck out under Employment Tribunal Rule 37(1)(a) because they have no reasonable prospect of success.

[3]The Claimant confirmed that he does not pursue a claim for discrimination under the Equality Act 2010. _
