On hearing the Claimant in person and there being no appearance or representation by or on behalf of the Respondents, it is adjudged that:(1) The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is well-founded.(2) The Respondents are ordered to pay to the Claimant a compensatory award calculated as follows: Loss of earnings and benefits to date: £6,612.90 Loss of statutory rights: 300.00 ACAS uplift @25%: £1,728.22 Total: £8,641.12(3) The Claimant’s claim for a statutory redundancy payment is dismissed.(4) The recoupment provisions do not apply.
