Employment Judge NashIn person for claimantMr Randle (instructed by counsel) for respondentDate 23 May 2024

JUDGMENT

[1]The claim under s15 Equality Act 2010 is dismissed because the respondent did not subject the claimant to discrimination arising from disability.[2]The claim under s20 Equality Act 2010 is dismissed because the respondent did not fail to comply with any duty to make reasonable adjustments.[3]The claim for direct race discrimination under s13 Equality Act 2010 is dismissed because the respondent did not discriminate against the claimant because of race.[4]The claimant was fairly dismissed under s98 Employment Rights Act 1996.

REASONS

There is no reasonable prospect of the original decision being varied or revoked, because the claimant has disclosed no grounds for reconsideration. The application is not particularized but appears to seek to re-argue determinations of fact and law or to seek to rely on documents which could have been before the original tribunal.
