Judgment having been entered in default of appearance and sent to the parties on 5 January 2017, remedy has now been assessed. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the total sum of £59,572.23, made up as follows:[1]Wrongful Dismissal. The claimant was entitled to 12 weeks’ notice.
