JUDGMENT
Mrs N Sandler On hearing the Claimant in person and Mr S Ripani, Head of HR, on behalf of the Respondent, the Tribunal unanimously determines is that:(1) The Claimant’s complaint of indirect discrimination related to religion or belief is well-founded.(2) All other claims are dismissed.(3) By consent, and in full satisfaction of the Claimant’s claims for remedies in respect of the complaint referred to in para (1) above, the Respondent shall: (a) No later than 21 days after being supplied with the Claimant’s banking details, pay to her compensation in the total sum of £7,690.00; (b) Accept any future request by her for employment at their Park Lane premises, provided that they have a suitable vacancy.
