JUDGMENT
Being satisfied that the respondent was aware of the hearing, and that respondent was still actively trading, it is adjudged that the respondent has:(1) made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages in breach of Employment Rights Act 1996 section 13;(2) failed to pay the claimant outstanding leave entitlement on termination and;(3) failed to pay the claimant notice pay, in breach of contract.(4) The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £2,073.60 in respect of the wages unlawfully deducted, the gross sum of £864.00 in respect of outstanding leave entitlement on termination and the net sum of £520.00 in respect of the unpaid notice pay in breach of contract.
