[1]The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deduction of wages in respect of notice pay due to him for his 10-week notice period succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1566.74 (gross) in respect of unpaid salary in relation to that period.[2]The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deduction of wages in respect of 2.31 weeks accrued but untaken annual leave succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £748.99 (gross) being the balance of the holiday pay owing to him.[3]The Claimant’s complaint in respect of the failure to pay the correct statutory redundancy payment succeeds.
