Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent has failed to enter a response to the Claimant’s claims and pursuant to rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 judgment is issued in her favour in respect her unpaid wages and unpaid holiday pay claims.[2]The Respondent is therefore ordered to pay the Claimant the total sum of £3974.36 in respect of her claim consisting of:(i) Gross unpaid salary of £1,250.00(ii) Gross unpaid holiday pay of £2,724.36[3]No award is made in relation to the Claimant’s claim for unpaid rent for the Respondent’s items or in relation to the claim for employer’s national insurance and pension contributions. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 Case No: 2207683/2020
