JUDGMENT

The judgment of the tribunal is that: The Employment Tribunal, in accordance with Rule 64 of the Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, Schedule 1 issues the following Judgment of consent of parties: - 1 -[1]By not later than 4pm on 3 May 2022, the respondent shall pay to the claimant, Mr W Webb, into the bank account of the claimant held on record by the respondent the following sums namely: a) Compensation for unlawful deduction of wages claim (holiday pay) in the sum of TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-EIGHT POUNDS (£288.00) gross. b) Compensation for breach of contract (notice pay) in the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED AND TWENTY POUNDS (£720.00) gross. c) Compensation for statutory redundancy pay in the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED AND TWENTY POUNDS (£720.00) net.
