[1]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract succeeds: the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £572.82 being one week’s notice.[2]The claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday pay succeeds: the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £572.82 being 5 days’ holiday pay in respect of accrued but untaken holiday during his employment from 2 July to 29 August 2017.[3]The total monetary award is £1145.64. This is a gross sum and the respondent should make the appropriate deductions for income tax and National Insurance Contributions and pay these to HMRC.
