Pursuant to Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules 2013, the judgment of the Tribunal is that the Claimant’s claims succeed and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the following sums following termination of the Claimant’s employment: i) the gross sum of £7,072 in respect of statutory redundancy pay; ii) the gross sum of £8,639.23 in respect of eleven weeks’ statutory notice pay; iii) the gross sum of £2,041.91 in respect of thirteen days’ holiday pay for holiday accrued but not taken on termination of employment.
