JUDGMENT

[1]The Respondent has failed to file an ET3 in this case.[2]Having considered the ET1 and correspondence from the Claimant, Employment Judge Goodman has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without a hearing and the Judgment of the Tribunal, made under rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, is as set out below.[3]The Respondent has unlawfully failed to pay wages to the Claimant in the sum of £1,670.95.[4]The Respondent has unlawfully failed to pay holiday pay in the sum of £204.70.[5]The Respondent has unlawfully failed to pay notice pay to the Claimant in the sum of £292.59.[6]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £2,168.24 and to account to HMRC for any tax and NI due on this sum.[7]The hearing on 9 January 2023 is vacated and the parties should not attend.
