JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has failed to present a response.[2]The judgment of the tribunal, made under rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution & Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, is that the claims for a redundancy payment, holiday pay and notice pay are upheld.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant:(1) A redundancy payment of £7,680 (i.e. 20 x 1.5 x £256 per week).(2) A payment for holiday pay accrued on termination £382.50 (i.e. 7.5 x £51 per day).(3) A payment for notice pay of £3072 (i.e. 12 x £256 per week).
