JUDGMENT
[1]Upon reading correspondence from the parties[2]And upon the parties having agreed terms of settlement[3]By consent it is ordered that the respondent, if not already paid, shall pay to the claimant within 14 days:(a) £13,724.50 for unpaid salary, less all required deductions for tax and national insurance;(b) £4,702.95 for notice pay, less all required deductions for tax and national insurance;(c) £313.44 for holiday pay, less all required deductions for tax and national insurance; and(d) £3,264 tax free redundancy payment[4]This brings the claim to an end.
