[1]The name of the Respondent is amended by consent to Alphadean Limited;[2]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to pay wages owed of £3,552 gross for July 2022 and £692.31 gross for August 2022;[3]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to pay the Claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken annual leave on termination of the employment to the sum of £2,005.38 gross; and[4]The Respondent shall therefore pay the total sum of £6,249.69 being the gross sum due, within 14 days of the written judgment.
