JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims of disability discrimination and breach of regulation 12 of the Working Time Regulations 1988, as set out by a Claim Form presented on 30th September 2022, are struck out pursuant to Rule 37(1)(c)-(d) of the Schedule 1 of the ETs (Constitution & Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 on the grounds that(i) there has been non- compliance with the Orders of Employment Judge Walker dated 22nd February 2022 and(ii) the claims are not being actively pursued.
