JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent has failed to file an ET3 in this case.[2]Having considered the ET1, Employment Judge G Smart has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without a hearing and the Judgment of the Tribunal, made under rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, is as set out below.[3]The Respondent has failed to pay to the Claimant a statutory redundancy payment, in breach of Section 135 of Employment Rights Act 1996 in the sum of £15,504.00[4]Accordingly, the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £15,504.00.[5]The hearing on the 8th January 2024 is cancelled and the parties should not attend.
