Rule 21 Employment Tribunal Rules 2013 No response to the claim has been presented. Pursuant to Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules 2013, the judgment of the Tribunal is that the Claimant’s claims succeed and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the following sums following termination of the Claimant’s employment:(i) the gross sum of £13,328 in respect of statutory redundancy pay;(ii) the net sum of £5,284.20 in respect of twelve weeks’ contractual notice pay;(iii) the gross sum of £3,669.23 in respect of 31.8 days’ holiday pay for holiday accrued but not taken on termination of employment. The Claimant has withdrawn his claim for unfair dismissal and it is accordingly dismissed. Case Number: 2207547/2021
