Rule 21 Employment Tribunal Rules 2013 No response to the claim has been presented. Pursuant to Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013, the judgment of the Tribunal is that:(1) the Tribunal has jurisdiction to hear the Claimant’s claim in respect of unauthorised deductions from wages in accordance with the provisions of section 23(4) of the Employment Rights Act 1996;(2) the Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages in March 2022 and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the net sum of £1,187.46 in respect of the amounts deducted and to account to HMRC for tax and National Insurance contributions due on the gross sum.
