[1]Terms of settlement having been agreed as set out below, by consent the first and second claims are dismissed on withdrawal.(1) The First Claim and the Second Claim are dismissed on withdrawal;(2) The Respondent is to pay the Claimant the following sums, less any tax or Employee National Insurance Contributions due:a. The sum of £30,000 by 4pm 30th September 2022;b. The further sum of £10,000 by 4pm 24th October 2022;c.
