Rule 21 Employment Tribunal Rules 2013 No response to the claim has been presented. Pursuant to Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules 2013, the judgment of the Tribunal is that the Claimant’s claims succeed and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the following sums following termination of the Claimant’s employment: i) the gross sum of £16,320 in respect of statutory redundancy pay; ii) the gross sum of £7,380 in respect of twelve weeks’ contractual notice pay; iii) the gross sum of £10,584 in respect of 86 days’ holiday pay for holiday accrued but not taken on termination of employment; iv) the gross sum of £2,666 in respect of unpaid wages for the month of October 2021; Case Number: 2207495/2021 v) the net sum of £352 in respect of unpaid wages in August and September 2021; vi) the gross sum of £1,250 in respect of unpaid furlough payments in August and September 2021; and vii) the gross sum of £6,523.08 in respect of unpaid wages for 53 days’ work undertaken during 2021.
