Rule 21 Employment Tribunal Rules 2013 No response to the claim has been presented. Pursuant to Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules 2013, the judgment of the Tribunal is that the Claimant’s claims succeed and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the following sums following termination of the Claimant’s employment: i) the gross sum of £8,976 in respect of statutory redundancy pay; ii) the gross sum of £8,360.31 in respect of twelve weeks’ contractual notice pay; iii) the gross sum of £5,685 in respect of 40.8 days’ holiday pay for holiday accrued but not taken on termination of employment.
