[1]By an order sent to the parties on 10 November 2021 it was stated that Employment Judge Joffe was considering striking out the claims because they had no reasonable prospect pf success and they had not actively been pursued. The order further stated that if the Claimants wished to object to this proposal, they should give their reasons in writing or request a hearing by 4pm on 24 November 2021.[2]No response from the Claimants has been received.[3]The claims are therefore struck out under rule 37 of the Rules of Procedure on the grounds identified by Employment Judge Joffe Case Number: 2207463/2020
