JUDGMENT
Rule 21 Employment Tribunal Rules 2013 No response to the claim has been presented. Pursuant to Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013, the judgment of the Tribunal is that:(1) the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the Claimant’s claim (in the sum of £518) for unauthorised deductions from wages in March 2020 on the basis that the Claimant’s claim was not presented within the applicable time limits. The Claimant’s claim is accordingly dismissed;(2) the Claimant’s claim in respect of notice pay succeeds and the Respondent shall pay the Claimant damages for wrongful dismissal in the sum of £74.70;(3) the Claimant’s claim in respect of holiday pay (relating to the period between June 2020 and May 2021) succeeds and the Respondent shall pay the Case Number: 2207420/2021 Claimant the gross sum of £414.40 in respect of unpaid holiday pay on termination of the Claimant’s employment.
