JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is dismissed upon withdrawal under Rule 52 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £6, 560.54 made up of the following: Unpaid wages 10th May to 1st July 2021 £5, 589.04 Underpayment salary (August 2021) £ 971.501 1 In its ET3 the Respondent conceded 769.23 notice pay and 402.37 holiday. The Respondent also accepted an expenses claim of 23.88. There was a salary underpayment of 1197.62 with £250 deducted as a salary advance, leaving underpayment balance of £971.50. 2207413/ 2021
