JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of disability discrimination on the basis of a breach of the duty to make reasonable adjustments contrary to Equality Act 2010 sections 20 and 21 is wellfounded and so succeeds.[2]The Tribunal orders the Respondent to pay the Claimant compensation amounting to £12,779.14, comprising of:(1) an award for injury to feelings in the sum of £6,000.00;(2) interest on the award for injury to feelings in the sum of £560.21 (calculated at 8% per annum from 22 November 2022 to 22 January 2023);(3) an award in respect of financial loss in the sum of £5,941.55;(4) interest on the award for financial loss in the sum of £277.38 (calculated at 8% per annum from 23 June 2023 (the midpoint between 22 November 2022 to 22 January 2023) and 22 January 2023).[3]Pursuant to Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013, the Tribunal dismissed the application of the Claimant for his name to be anonymised in any decision of the Tribunal.
