[1]Following the Respondent’s concession, the Claimant’s claim of unlawful deduction from wages succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the net amount of £359.10, representing the difference in salary received and the correct pay rate between April and August 2020.[2]The Claimant’s claim of breach of contract (enhanced redundancy pay) is well founded and succeeds.
