[1]The claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is struck out as she had not been continuously employed by the respondent for two years at the effective date of termination of her contract of employment.[2]The claimant’s claims for unauthorised deduction from wages, breach of contract (notice pay) and holiday pay are well-founded and the respondent is to pay the claimant the following sums:a.
