JUDGMENT

[1]The Respondent has failed to file a response to the claim.[2]Having considered the ET1 and additional information supplied by the Claimant, Employment Judge Goodman has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without a hearing and the Judgment of the Tribunal, made under rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, is as set out below.[3]The Respondent has unlawfully failed to pay wages to the Claimant in the sum of £1,266.00.[4]The Respondent has unlawfully failed to pay notice pay in the sum of £4,533.83.[5]The Respondent has unlawfully failed to pay holiday pay in the sum of £3,903.50.[6]The Respondent unlawfully failed to pay redundancy pay in the sum of £4,282.50[7]The Respondent failed to reimburse expenses, contrary to contractual agreement, in the sum of £198.24.[8]The Claimant acknowledges that she has received payments from the Respondent totalling £4,150 on account of these sums. Case No: 2207320/2023[9]Accordingly, the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £10,034.07, and to account to HMRC for tax and NI due on the awards for wages and holiday pay.
