JUDGMENT
[1]The claim form is amended as follows:a. to record the Respondent’s address as 10 Queen Street Place, London, EC4R 1AG with re-service dispensed with; andb. to bring a claim for unlawful deduction of wages for the period September 2020 to January 2021.[2]The claims for a redundancy payment and notice pay are dismissed.[3]The Respondent has made a series of unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s wages for the period September 2020 to January 2021.[4]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £8,666.65 in respect of gross unpaid wages, subject to deductions for tax and national insurance and any deductions otherwise authorised by statute or the Claimant’s contract of employment.
