JUDGMENT
(1) The claim of unfair dismissal (s.95 Employment Rights Act 1996) is not upheld and is dismissed.(2) The claim of direct disability discrimination (s.13 Equality Act 2010) in relation to the claimant’s dismissal is not upheld and is dismissed(3) The claim of unfavourable treatment because of something arising in relation to disability (s.15 Equality Act 2010) in relation to the claimant’s dismissal is not upheld and is dismissed.(4) Any remaining claims were not considered because they were not in a form which could be fairly or reasonably be responded to and/or because the order of 26 March 2021 was not fully complied with and are dismissed.
