[1]The following complaints are well founded:1.1 Unfair dismissal, under section 103A of the Employment Rights Act 1996.1.2 Breach of contract.1.3 Unlawful deduction from wages.[2]Remedies in respect of the above complaints are assessed as follows:2.1 The claim for compensation for unfair dismissal is withdrawn, and is dismissed on withdrawal.2.2 Compensation for breach of contract is assessed at £25,000.00 (net of tax).2.3 Compensation for unlawful deduction from wages is assessed at £16,610.58 (gross), comprising £8,736.56 for non-payment of salary and £7,874.02 for non-payment of holiday pay.[3]The total sum payable by the Respondent to the Claimant is £41,610.58.
