JUDGMENT

[1]The judgment of the Tribunal is that the the Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages by not having paid him in lieu of untaken holiday on termination of employment. The Tribunal notes that the Respondent has paid the Claimant the gross sum of £1,311.18 in respect of 13 days’ holiday accrued but not taken on termination of employment. Accordingly, the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £1,512.90 in respect of 15 days' holiday accrued but not taken on termination of employment.
