JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has failed to file an ET3 Grounds of Resistance in this case.[2]Having considered the ET1, REJ Wade has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without a hearing and the Judgment of the Tribunal, made under rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, is as set out below.[3]The respondent has unlawfully failed to pay wages, notice and holiday pay to the claimant. The tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the unfair dismissal claim.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay the claimant:4.1 Notice pay of £6,249.994.2 Holiday pay of £1,749.72 and4.3 Wages of £2,500 totaling £10,499.71 and to account to HMRC for any tax and NI due on this sum.
