JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent accepts that it made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages in respect of overtime and holiday pay, in the total net sum of £3,700.[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the amount of £3,700, within the next 28 days. As this represents a net payment, the Respondent shall also ensure that it has accounted to HMRC for any additional payment due in respect of tax and national insurance.[3]The Claimant withdraws the unauthorised deductions complaint.
