JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claim against the First Respondent is well-founded and succeeds. The First Respondent is ordered to pay the gross sum of £27,376.31, broken down as follows:a. £18,871.75 (unlawful deduction from wages from 1 September to 13 October 2021 inclusive);b. £3,076.90 (one week’s notice pay);c. £4,307.66 (seven days’ accrued but untaken annual leave); andd. £1,120 (unpaid pension contributions from 1 August to 13 October 2021).[2]The claim is struck out against the Second Respondent.[3]The First Respondent is ordered to reimburse the Claimant for £2,062.50 legal costs incurred, on the basis that the response stood no reasonable prospect of success.
