JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the total sum of £2,728-20 in respect of unpaid salary for July 2017 (£1,833.33) unpaid overtime (£48.72) and unpaid annual leave due on termination of his employment (£846.15).[2]These are all gross sums and not reduced to allow for tax and national insurance. Note: Reasons for the decision having been given orally at the hearing, written reasons will not be provided unless a written request is received from either party within 14 days of the sending of this record of the decision.
