JUDGMENT
BY CONSENT Following agreement by the parties, the Judgment of the Tribunal is as follows:[1]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £1,136.36 in relation to the sums claimed in this case.[2]The Respondent will be entitled to make deductions from this sum for income tax, national insurance and pensions auto-enrolment contributions if applicable.[3]Payment will be conditional on the Claimant providing to the Respondent his full name, home address, email address, date of birth, National Insurance number, and the bank details for the account into which the payment should be made.[4]This judgment brings the proceedings to an end by consent so the claim is now treated as withdrawn and is dismissed. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 February 2018 Case No: 2207018/2021
