Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 No response having been entered it is adjudged as follows:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £9,430.00 comprising overdue salary of £8,920.00 and bank interest and fees incurred due to the non-payment in the sum of £510.00.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £3,000.[3]The hearing listed on 2 May 2019 is cancelled.
