JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed by the Respondent.[2]The claim for failure to inform and consult, under Regulation 15 of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 fails and is dismissed.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £4,167.50 in respect of the unfair dismissal.
