[1]The Claimant’s email to the London Central Employment Tribunal (LCET) of 19 August 2017 did not constitute valid presentation of the claim.[2]The claim was validly presented when the claim form posted to the Employment Tribunal Central Office (ETCO) by the LCET was received by it. It was received no later than 25 August 2017.[3]It is just and equitable for time for presentation of those complaints which relate to the termination of the relationship between the Claimant and the Respondent to be extended to 25 August 2017.
