[1]By a letter dated 22 April 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations by 7 May 2021 as to why the claim should not be struck out on the basis that the tribunal did not have jurisdiction to hear it because the claimant appeared to have less than the 2 years’ continuous employment necessary to bring his claim for unfair dismissal.[2]The claimant has not responded at all. The claim is therefore struck out as the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear it.[3]The hearing fixed for 17 Jun 2021, 2:00:00 pm will not take place.
