JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the total sum of £4,475.57 in respect of unpaid salary from December 2016 to July 2017 (£4,175.57) and consequential financial loss (£300).[2]The sum of £4,175.57 is calculated from figures net of tax and national insurance (and so should be the amount actually received by the Claimant on satisfaction of this judgment). The sum of $300 is a compensatory amount only and is not in respect of unpaid salary. Note: Reasons for the decision having been given orally at the hearing, written reasons will not be provided unless a written request is received from either party within 14 days of the sending of this record of the decision.
