The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 12 January 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because it has not been actively pursued. The respondent also made an application to the Tribunal, dated 7 February 2022, which was copied to the claimant. The respondent applied, on grounds which included that the claim had not been actively pursued, for the claim to be struck out.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, why the claim should not be struck out or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out on the grounds that it has not been actively pursued.[3]The hearing fixed for 20 June 2022 will not take place.
