JUDGMENT

[1]UKIR Travel Centre Ltd is substituted for UKIRAC Ltd as the Respondent.[2]The Respondent made unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s wages. The Respondent is ordered to pay the sum of £2,500 net of tax and National Insurance, in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted. The Respondent is ordered to account to HMRC for any tax and National Insurance due.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant £72 in respect of his financial loss attributable to the unlawful deductions of wages.[4]The Respondent was in breach of contract by dismissing the Claimant without notice. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £500, being damages for the breach of contract. The Respondent is ordered to account to HMRC for any tax and National Insurance due.
